Every dress is made-to-order, so the turnaround time is the same, whether you order a standard size dress or a made-to-measure custom.
Normally, it takes 2-5 weeks to hand-make our dresses.
Because we're starting this busy season, all orders that have been received beginning November 1st, 2018, will take us 5-7 weeks to make (not including shipping time). We always pursue the best for our customers. Rest assured that you will get your dresses within this specified new timeframe.
Order received Jar 1- Feb 28: 5-7 weeks
Order received Mar 1 - Mar 31: 4-6 weeks
Order received Apr 1-July 31: 3-5 weeks
Order received Aug 1- Sept 25: 2-4 weeks
Order received after Sept 25: 3-6 weeks
If you really need to make rush orders, please check with us first
Typically, we recommend ordering at least 2 months ahead of the wedding date (the earlier the better). It won't necessarily take that long to make the dresses, but you will want peace of mind that it's done, plus it gives the girls time to have any minor alterations done if necessary. It takes about 2-6 business days for shipping via FedEx/ DHL

Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address to that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.Do you offer rush order service?
Yes, in case the customer need to receive the dress sooner than the regular delivery time, please check with us first.How can I track my order?

How long does shipping takes?
Shipping is by FedEx (include tracking number) and delivery can takes 3-10 business days to Europe, Canada, Australia. Delivery to USA can take 2-6 business days to arrive.All international packages are subject to customs and we have no control over the length of time customs may keep your package.
